Francesca : Born into the warmth of a Campanian family, Francesca brings joy and empathy to the management of the dining room and the restaurant as a whole. With her infectious smile and dedication to service, she ensures every guest has an unforgettable experience.
Teresa : A talented and creative chef, Teresa met Carlo and Francesca during the Ogliastrina episode of the program "4 Ristoranti." With her flair and experience in the kitchens of various Italian regions, she adds a special touch to our menu's dishes, giving them unique character and personality.
