At S'Antiga, we celebrate Sardinia's rich culinary tradition through a modern and bold reinterpretation. Our mission is to preserve the essence of Sardinian cuisine, using local and traditional ingredients, while venturing into new gastronomic territories through innovative pairings.

Our history
S'Antiga is the result of a unique collaboration between two souls passionate about cooking: Francesca, our enterprising owner, and Teresa, the talented cook. Their journey together began after a memorable challenge in an episode of "4 Ristoranti di Alessandro Borghese". From that challenge, a dynamic and creative partnership was born that led to the rebirth of our restaurant.

Francesca, the driving force behind S'Antiga, brings with her an overwhelming passion, typical of her Campania origins, for cooking, in this case as an adopted Sardinian, for island cooking obviously and a bold vision for the future. As owner, he is committed to creating a dining experience that exceeds expectations, welcoming our guests into a warm and authentic environment.

Teresa, our talented chef, is the creative genius behind every dish at S'Antiga.
